Presentados por Julio Vaqueiro, conductor del noticiero Noticias Telemundo, los seis episodios de "El péndulo" se enfocan en las vidas y expectativas de los latinos en Pennsylvania, Nevada, Florida, Arizona y Carolina del Norte.
